JAMB Registrar, Prof. Ishaq Oloyede, disclosed the information at the opening ceremony of the 2023 Policy Meeting which was held in FCT Abuja on Saturday, 24th of June 2023.

The 2023 Policy Meeting is made up of Vice Chancellors (VC’s) of tertiary institutions in the country and they are expected to deliberate and decide on criteria for 2023 admission into all the tertiary institutions.

Though the ages of candidates who are seeking admission into the University of Lagos (UNILAG) were not mentioned by the Registrar, it’s a well-known fact that UNILAG doesn’t offer admission to candidates below the age of sixteen (16), irrespective of UTME score.
