Are you aware that Bayero University school fees for the 2023/2024 academic session is out? The BUK school fees schedule has been released and published online.
According to the institution management, all students of the academic institution are advised to conclude all course registration activities and make sure they see their level coordinators before the registration and fee payment closing date.
The school have made it abundantly clear that students who failed to do this, have themselves to blame. The school board have made it clear that complaints relating to registration would not be entertained after the closing date. Any returning student that did not register during this stipulated time is advised to suspend his studies till the next academic session.
It is essential to note here, the following:

A. Registration Fees.
Students paying their Registration fees should know that their registration fee payment will be reflected on the student’s BUKPPF. Payment of registration fees can be done through the Remita e-Payments and e-Collection platform.
Before making any payment through the Remita platform, it’s mandatory that you carefully read, understand and follow the payment procedure, as the Bayero University, Kano (BUK) Management will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of incorrect data entry.
It is very important to ensure you submit your correct details and entered ALL the information of the BUKPPF EXACTLY. Students must also ensure that:
- Name of MDA.
- Name of Service/Purpose.
- Description.
- Amount to Pay (₦).
- Registration No.
- BUKPPF ID.
- Payer’s Full Name.
- Payer’s Email.
- Payer’s Phone.
are filled in the Remita platform exactly as they are written on the BUKPPF.
Important Note: It is mandatory to note here, that the Payer details (Payer’s Full Name, Payer’s Email, Payer’s Phone) means the student. This means that even if it’s not the student making the payment, ensure you use the student’s information. Any misinformation may lead to unnecessary delays in validating and processing payment.
Using the Remita platform, payments are mostly validated and processed within 24/48 hours of successful confirmation.

For freshers (newly admitted students), when sending the BUK admin office a message, ensure that you include your JAMB registration number and your admission letter serial number. However, for any returning students sending the BUK Representative an email, ensure you include your previous username.
However, if you’re sending an enquiry regarding any payment-related issue, ensure you include your Remita Retrieval Reference (RRR), your BUK Personalised Payment Form ID (BUKPPF-ID) and date of payment.
